I hope you love your purchase but understand that sometimes things just don’t work for whatever reason.  If you are unhappy with your item(s), please email me at nicole@nicolespeake.com within 14 days of arrival and I will gladly assist you with a return.

Nicole Speake Design Shop is not responsible for items lost in return shipping, or the cost of return shipping.  I strongly suggest using a trackable shipping method.

SHIPPING

All products are made to order.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for production + shipping. All items are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Mail and ship time is typically 1-3 business days.  Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 for orders $0-$199. Shipping is complimentary for any orders $200 and up. You will receive a shipping confirmation when you order ships.
